GWOD 4/13

TRX/Body wgt pull-ups 5 reps
TRX/Regular push-ups 7 reps
TRX/Regular Body wgt squats 10 reps

* every minute on the minute for 20-30 min.

Prayer: The Lord is my shepherd I shall; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my sole; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
