GWOD 4/18/11

1)100 wall ball shots for time (20 lb medicine ball) Advanced- 100, Intermediate- 75, Beginner- 50 (10 lb ball) * Start about 1 foot from wall with MB at Chest height. Squat to parallel then explode upwards tossing the MB straight up hitting wall. Catch ball then repeat as fast as possible without breaking form.
