GWOD 4/26/11

Sorry for last couple of days guys, been back home in the sticks with dial up e-net. Time to get back to business!!

1) DB 1 arm clean + press - 3 x 30sec (15 sec each arm)
2) DB plank rows- 3 x 30 sec
3) Explosive push-ups (knees if needed)- 3 x 30 sec
4) Mountain climbers- 3 x 30 sec
5) DB Turkish get-up- 3 x 30 sec (15 sec each arm)
