1:00 bdwgt squats (beginner holding on to keep knees behind toes) 1:00 bdwgt push-ups (beginner on knees or on wall) 1:00 Pull-ups, band or DB rows 1:00 Plank (20 sec on right, 20 sec left, and 20 sec middle) beginners on knees 1:00 Stationary sprint (beginners high knee walk touching opposite elbow to opposite knee) 1-2 min rest (advanced 1min) Repeat 3-5 times (advanced 5 rounds) "You also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect."
