2) Superman back ext. + AB crunch- 30 sec each side
3) Seated core twists (hands to floor)- 1:00
4) 180 deg core rotation (push-up position)- 1:00
5) SB crunch + 2 sec hold at top- 1:00
* Repeat 2X
* Beginner: Cutt time in half, and knees for 180 deg core rotations and plank holds
