GWOD 5/12/11

1) Overhead MB/Plate lunge - 10 each leg
2) Turkish Get-ups- 3 each
3) Side Plank + hip-up- 10 each
4) SB seated alternating DB press- 10 each
5) Push-up/rows- 10 push-ups/10 rows/pull-ups

* as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes
Beginner: 20 minutes, Stability ball crunches (20) instead of turkish get-ups, regular lunges
