Sprint 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Sprint 100 meters
50 Sit-up/crunches
Sprint 100 meters
25 bicep curls/25 tricep kickback (band or DB)

Advanced: 3 rounds for time
Intermediate: 3 rounds 30 reps
Beginner: 2 rounds 20 reps and walk/jog 400 meters
