GWOD 5/27/11

1) TRX rows (switch grip)- 20
2) SB crunches + 2 sec hold- 20
3) TRX push-ups- 20
4) Side plank + hip-up- 10 each
5) TRX squats/single leg lunges(advanced)- 20 total
6) Ball slams- 20 total

Beginner: knees for push-ups, static hold side plank (25 sec each side), 10 lb ball slam
Adv: 20 lb ball slam
