50 squats (TRX)
10 blurpies
50 TRX chest press/push-ups
10 blurpies
50 TRX rows/DB rows
10 blurpies
50 sit-ups
10 blurpies

Gals- 30 reps and crunches instead of blurpies
1 Round for TIME!!!
